If you want Windows 10 on your computer or laptop, you can choose to upgrade (if you're using Windows 7, or Windows 8.1), or do fresh install the OS. By choose upgrade, it is convenience and easy, but some people (including me) prefer to do fresh install which means to wipe out current OS and any data on the disk. This method is to ensure that there won't be any conflict with the previous system and your new system will be clean. • This video tutorial shows how to download and install fresh Windows 10. I'll divide into 3 steps: • 1. Download Windows 10 installation media with Media Creation Tool (Skip to this step 00:54) • 2. Create bootable USB flash drive from Windows 10 installation media (Skip to this step 03:33) • You can choose to burn on a DVD or create USB bootable. In this example, I select the latter option because it is more convenience and after finish using it, I can format the flash drive and use it later. • 3. Install fresh Windows 10 (Skip to this step 04:47) • Note: Windows 10 has been released for a short time, therefore, there might be issues on the system or conflict with some driver, or program. If you are looking for a stable system, I would suggest you stay on Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 for a while.
