American style Air Fryer Gyros

You won't believe how easy and delicious this is until you try it ! This really tastes like gyro meat that has been turning on a spit for hours :) • Meat mixture • 1 lb ground beef • 1/4 lb ground lamb • 1 TBSP oregeno • 2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp pepper • 1 tsp garlic paste • 1/2 onion • 2 cut strips of bacon • Keep mixture cold and grind in food processor until very fine/paste like texture • Form into meatloaf and cook at 350 for 20 min.
