In its day, The Cricketers Kennington Oval was one of a handful of Pub Rock venues. that survived intact. • Pubs like the Hope Anchor, Bull Gate and Half Moon Putney are still standing, but others such as The Bridge House, Canning Town, Tally Ho, and Red Cow Hammersmith have been demolished.
