Sriracha sauce, or other hot sauce • 1 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed • 1 small clove garlic, crushed • Salt, to taste, optional • INSTRUCTIONS: • Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl. • Whisk until well combined. • Sriracha mayo will last in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. • Serve with Baked Sweet Potato Fries or on top of a Sweet Potato Hash.
