While this is only the second sorbet I've made in my ninja creami, its clear to me that it will not be the last. • I used about 20~25 oz of Blueberries sold as Wild Blueberries , made sure there were no stems left, then blended them with 100 grams of sugar, and 100ml of lemon juice. After that I cooked the mixture for about 15 minutes on a medium temperature, until it thickened and darkened a little. • The texture of this sorbet is perfect. It looks a little thin in the video, but it takes a LONG time to melt, and even when it does it turns into thick blueberry sauce so its really not much of a phase change. • Chapters: • 00:00 Let's Make Blueberry Sorbet • 01:37 Blending The Blueberries • 02:04 Just Embrace The Mess You're Making • 02:30 Lemon Juice and Sugar • 04:06 Cook for about 15 Minutes On Medium-Low • 07:08 Pouring It Into The Creami Cup • 08:03 After The Freezer • 08:35 The Sorbet Cycle (in 8x speed) • 09:18 How Did It Turn Out?
