Capsicum Paneer Recipe - Vegetarian • Ingredients • Paneer - 200 gms • Capsicum - 1 chopped • Pre-cooked Peas - 50 gms • Onion - 2 chopped • Tomato - 1 chopped • Oil - 1 tbsp • Chilli powder - 1 tsp • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp • Sabji masala powder - 1 tsp • Kasuri methi - 1 tsp • Salt to taste • Cinnamon - 1 • Clove - 2 • Cardamom - 1 • Bayleaf - 1 • Method: • 1. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Bayleaf, Onion sauté it for a few minutes. • 2. Once onion turns transparent add Capsicum sauté it for another few minutes. • 3. Wait for the onion to turn brown then add Tomatoes, Pre-cooked Peas mix them well. • 4. Now add Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Sabji masala powder mix well. • 5. Once all the masala blended well with vegetables add the Paneer mix them well. • 6. Finally add Kasuri methi mix well. • 7.
