π Classic Hamburger Recipe π • Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat) • 4 hamburger buns • 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional) • 1 large tomato (sliced) • 1 small onion (sliced into rings) • Lettuce leaves • 4 pickles (sliced) • 2 tbsp ketchup • 2 tbsp mustard • 1 tbsp mayonnaise • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling) • Instructions: • Step 1: Prepare the Burger Patties • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently, making sure the seasoning is evenly distributed. • 2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into round patties, about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty (this helps the patties cook evenly). • Step 2: Grill the Patties • 1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease with olive oil to prevent sticking. • 2. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness (adjust cooking time for desired doneness). Avoid pressing down on the patties to keep them juicy. • 3. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt. • Step 3: Toast the Buns • 1. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a separate pan until golden brown. • Step 4: Assemble the Burgers • 1. Spread ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. • 2. Place the grilled patty with melted cheese on the bun. • 3.
