It is home to many inexpensive bars, restaurants, guesthouses and also has a few hostess bars thrown in for good measure. • Red Fox 2 has just opened, and they allow smoking weed at the bar the same as Red Fox 1 on Street 136 (they still run regular poker games at Red Fox 1). • Dolce Vita and the Blue Dolphin are inexpensive places to eat on Street 172 and just as good as any. • Oskar Bistro, riverfront • I don't think I ordered very well here as my pizza was ok, but not brilliant as some people rave about the food at Oskar (in Phnom Penh and Sukhumvit Soi 11, Bangkok). • Gay bar next to Sun Moon Urban Hotel • Not sure if there is a party like this every night but the music was certainly banging on this night from the small gay bar. • Karaoke at Ostro Bistro, Street 136 • The less said about that the better for everybody :) • Plan B Hostess bar • A decent enough hostess bar, I had one drink with a lady here before moving on. She was half Chinese/Cambodian and had a very distinctive look so you'll know here if you see her. • Farm Fresh girl on Street 136 • She was nice and up for it but it was a mission just making simple small talk so I gave up in the end. • Monk noise early in the morning from the temple complex • Looking back the temple noise seemed really loud, but I think they either stopped after I filmed it or the soundproofing at Okay Boutique hotel was really good.
