Enjoy • #beefsalpicao #beef #beefrecipe #salpicão o • Written recipe at https://yummykitchentv.com/how-to-coo... • INGREDIENTS • ½ kilo ribeye beef (cut into cubes) • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce • 3 tablespoons soy sauce • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce • 1 tablespoon honey • ½ teaspoon paprika powder • ½ teaspoon garlic powder • ½ teaspoon black pepper • 5 cloves garlic (minced) • 2 tablespoons butter • 1 bunch Spring onions (chopped) • 1 tablespoon toasted garlic • Directions • In a bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika powder and ground pepper. Mix until well combined. • Prepare the ribeye beef and cut into cubes. Place them in a bowl and pour the mixture. Mix until well coated. Let this marinate for an hour. • Heat some oil in a pan. Add the garlic and toast them for a few minutes. When browned, add the marinated beef. Sear them for a few minutes using high heat. • Add the butter and stir gently until it melts. Continue stirring while simmering until the beef is cooked. • When the beef is fork tender and the sauce has thickened, turn the heat off. • Transfer the beef salpicao to a serving plate. Top them with more toasted garlic and freshly chopped spring onions. Serve this with a big bowl of hot steaming rice. Yum!
