They will giggle on rides, sing during parades, give gluten-free vegan food reviews, and tell you what it’s like to enjoy the parks (and the world) as an ambulatory wheelchair user (Sarah). • Sarah is a dynamically disabled, chronically ill, queer actor, writer, filmmaker, comedian, singer, advocate, and activist who splits her time in front of the camera, behind the microphone, writing on her computer, or taking a stand. As a child living on the East Coast, Sarah grew up going to Walt Disney World with her family and now - as a resident of California - Disneyland is her home park. In addition to all things Disney, some of her favorite travel destinations are Colonial Williamsburg, Paris, Dublin, and Vancouver. A well-heeled gal - Sarah has been to most of the US States, lived in the UK, and has traveled extensively in places like Europe, Central America, and North America. Check her out in Universal’s SHE SAID as Emily Steel, as the voice of all the Chronicles of Kerrigan audiobooks, as the American half of We Are Thomasse, and as the Founder and President of advocacy organization Hire Survivors Hollywood. • Nick is the other one. Growing up far from America, on the other side of the Atlantic, at a time when Disneyland Paris didn’t exist, he nevertheless was lucky enough to visit Disneyland at the age of 7. For just one day. But it was the first day he ever stayed up beyond midnight. He returned to England with a Disneyland map in hand, and started to design his own theme park. The reason you’ve never heard of “Thomasland” is because Nick went into acting, writing and teaching instead. He has voiced a lead character in the Game of Thrones video game and appeared in sitcoms in both America and the UK, while at the same time coming second in the UK’s first-ever sudoku championship, writing a column in the Guardian newspaper and devising a system for beating dyscalculia. Since meeting Sarah, he’s driven across America three times, finally been to Walt Disney World, and moved back to the land he visited as a 7 year old so he can now go to Disneyland whenever he wants.
