Resetting a Forgotten Password in Ubuntu

In this video I reset the password for an account where I have forgotten the password and can not log into the system in Ubuntu Linux. I restart the computer and choose the recovery mode from the grub boot options. From there I choose the root user prompt and change the password using the passwd command.
