This is a yoga flow intended to provide deeply penetrating stretches, strength building and deep relaxation. I created this yoga flow with the idea to have a sequence that gives you a great feeling of accomplishment afterwards. The intention is to feel nourished and well-fed, just as if you had a heart warming soulful meal. We all know that feeling! • This class is suitable for beginners - just make sure to honor your body and be gentle with yourself. Focus on the breath and only move to your edge, no further. Honor where you are in your practice.
