#KALAKAND #barfi #MILKCAKE • Try this easy and delicious recipe and let us know how you like it! • Ingredients • 50 g Butter • 2 lb Ricotta Cheese • Cardamom 1 tsp • Condensed milk 400 g • 1. Heat Non stick pan on medium flame so it does not stick to the pan • 2. Add 50 g butter + 2 lb Ricotta Cheese • 3. Keep stirring until it liquifies • 4. This will take 10 min to liquify • 5. 400 g of condensed milk - add more if you want sweeter • 6. It will liquify further with condensed milk • 7. Batter will start to thicken and leave the sides of the pan. • 8. Remove in a container coated with ghee • 9. Dress with dry nuts/fruits of your choice. • 10. Let it cool for 60 minutes outside • 11. Leave in refrigerator for 60 minutes • 12. Ready to serve in 2 hours. Cut into your desired shaped. • 13. ENJOY!
