Add it as an extension to your internet browser. • Once the extension opened, you’ll see a box appear with multiple options. You can choose to only record your webcam screen for, let's say, profile presentations. You can also choose to record your screen along with your webcam. And, you can also record your screen, without your webcam. • Below these options, you can toggle through your preferred microphone and webcam settings your device detects. Once you're satisfied with your choice, we can start recording. • You’ll see a box appear that lets you choose the screen you’d like to record. You can choose to record a specific window or chrome tab, but we'll record the entire screen in this example. Simply click on SHARE to start the recording. • After the three-second countdown, your screen will be recorded alongside your webcam and audio. You can check the timer in the left menu that it’s recording. During your recording, you can move your webcam screen around by clicking and dragging it to its preferred location. You can also expand and shrink your webcam screen by hovering over it and finding the buttons on the bottom. • On the left side of the menu, you’ll see a couple of options that might help your presentation or recording. For instance, you can click on the pen tool and draw and highlight certain things on the screen you’d like to emphasize. It’s easy to use and they’ll disappear after a few seconds. • You can also choose to add sticky notes. You can type certain things out that might be important to your viewers. You can resize your notes easily by clicking and dragging on the right bottom of the sticky note. • You can also easily relocate the sticky note by clicking on the header and dragging it around. If you like, can add multiple sticky notes with different colors and different texts. You can remove them individually by clicking on the cross on the right top of the sticky note. As a finishing touch, Veed added a magic touch with confetti, so you can end your presentation with a proper bang! • Important to know, for urgent pee breaks, you can easily stop and resume your recording by clicking on the pause and play button below the timer. Once you’re finished with your recording, simply click on the recording button above the timer to instantly render your screen recording. • Once your video is rendered, you can rewatch and check your recording. On the right top, you can choose to share the link of the video with your friends or colleagues. You can even choose to further edit your video by adding for instance music, subtitles, or text to your video.
