I had so much fun, because we know very little about the first Targaryens who set foot on Westeros and therefore, I played a little with the story. Still, I tried to portray sisters as they are said to be: a very strong, wilful Visenya, and a bit lovelier Rhaenys. Also, I tried to show Rhaenys' strong connection to Meraxes, since it's well known she rode him more than her siblings did their dragons. • When it comes to relationship with their brother, Aegon: I portrayed a very lovable marriage between him and Rhaenys, since it's what I read about.
