Airbnb vs Bookingcom – Where is it better to host your property

If you have a property, a unit or a room that you want to rent out and you are wondering whether you should advertise it in Airbnb or Booking.com, this video is made for you! Just to create a bit of context, I used to rent a room in my mother’s apartment through Airbnb while I was studying, and I did that for 4 years. Actually, it has only been for the past year and a half that I have not been doing so anymore, but that has been due to the fact that I no longer live in Barcelona, as I moved to Munich, Germany. Additionally, when I was living in Barcelona I worked for more than a year for a company managing touristic apartments in the city which was using as distribution channels Airbnb and Booking.com. With all of this, what I want to say is that I am pretty familiar with both platforms and how is it being a host in both of them, although I am not going to lie, I have much more experience with Airbnb.
