INGREDIENTS: • 11/2 tsp dry yeast • 400g strong white bread flour • 50g butter (cut into 2 - 3 cm cubes) • 4tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder • 1 1/2tsp salt • 2 eggs • 280ml Mixture of water and the 2 eggs • 70g butter (Cut into 1 - 2 cm cubes and keep in refrigerator for adding later) • • NO, we are not professional chefs, and no, we do not earn a living by cooking • Just like so many people out there, we love to cook, we cook on a daily basis.
