Demo of CVChess - a program that allows you to record full chess games using only a macbook pro set to the side of the board. Initially, you see blue circles corresponding to where we believe the chessboard corners to be; subsequently, we identify image patches that correspond to chessboard squares and leverage a histogram of their color content in order to discern piece movements.
