When you do get sick, it's really important to take care of yourself. This will help your body fight off the sickness and get better faster. Drinking helps keep your body hydrated and soothes a sore throat. • Eat healthy foods: • Foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains give your body the nutrients it needs to get better. • Wash your hands often. • This helps stop the spread of germs to other people. • Wear a face mask around others: • If you have a cough our are sneezing, its a good idea to wear a face mask around other people.
