This video shows a freeman fighting for the right to be tried by a jury of his peers. He is lawfully withholding his council tax as he attempts to get his evidence seen and heard by police and the corrupt courts in a Common Law trial with a jury. The evidence points out that both local and national elections are frauded therefore meaning if he pays taxes to the council he will be participating in criminal enterprise. It also makes use of sections 39 and 40 of the Magna Carta, stressing our rights to trial by jury in common law courts. This is our great protection when governments and courts and institutions become compromised tyrannous. So far the evidence has been ignored for well over 3 years in this particular case.
