Free Craftsman LT 1750 (CV17.5 Kohler) runs great when warm, but first 5 minutes cold it makes a loud ticking noise. Bought some used lifters off another Kohler CV engine, hoping this does the trick. Lifter tool is from Performance-Tool, model W84004.
