Apple pie is that dessert that people from all ages love. This recipe is perfect, the crust is great, flavour is great and its cooked to perfection. • CLASSIC APPLE PIE • For the crust- • 300 g maida • 200 g cold butter • 50 g castor/powdered sugar • 1 tsp salt • 2-3 tbsp cold water • For the Filling- • 3 apples peeled and chopped • 2 tbsp raisins • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour/maida • 3 tbsp brown / powdered sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon powder • Bake at 200 degrees for 35-45 mins :) • #baking #egglessbaking #bake #eggfree #applepie #classicapplepie #homebaked
