Make a Place Value Chart for your classroom wall, a teaching device or for you child bedroom wall. This is a great way to learn number knowledge. • Place Value charts are important in the teachers kit and for children to learn about place value and number knowledge in general. If children do not understand ones, tens, hundreds they are going to get lost when reading numbers and using various strategies when doing math. • Firstly it's very easy to make a place value chart, all you need to do it get thick card and write your information in pencil. Size up each place evenly with about 7cm per room and 21 cm per house as seen in the video. • Once you've pencilled in everything you go over everything with black marker. Then either laminate or as I did in this video, simply use wide clear tape. I used this place value chart with my kids the next week with success. Very easy to do, just follow the instructions here. • Please subscribe and like for more videos. • Antarctica by Audionautix is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...) • Artist: http://audionautix.com/
