Il tema della Giornata Mondiale per l'Ambiente dell'UNESCO per il 2016 è Go Wild for Life (zero tolleranza per il commercio illegale della fauna selvatica). • Il numero di elefanti uccisi in Africa negli ultimi anni è superiore a 20.000 l'anno, su una popolazione compresa tra 420.000 a 650.000. Secondo i dati della National Academy of Sciences, ben 100.000 elefanti sono stati uccisi tra il 2010 e il 2012. • Per gli elefanti dell'Africa centrale e occidentale, la popolazione è diminuita di circa il 60 per cento tra il 2002 e il 2011. • Ho dedicato il video a questi splendidi animali.
