Try testing your power supply to see if it's the source. Here's how: • This is a video demonstrating the paper clip test. This test works with any standard ATX power supply. Whether it's your gaming PC or a prebuilt one. • This test allows you to test your power supply simply by bridging two pins with a paper clip and plugging it into the wall. If the fan spins, you know the power supply is at least functional. • Whenever you handle something like this, always be sure everything is powered off and unplugged.
