Chilli Con Carne Recipe • #ChilliConCarne • We love this DELICIOUS warming dish, its meaty, spicy, quick and ready for any dinner table. • Although this can be a quick dish, we think it’s always more TASTY a day or two after. • We added a few extra little touches that will take this chilli to the next level. • By no means is this a traditional recipe or method but it tastes amazingly GOOD. Well you can be the judge of that! • Stepping away from the traditional recipes we tweaked ours with a mixture of black and kidney beans. The dense, meaty texture of the black bean adds a different dimension to the dish; not to mention its natural pairing with spices which they just love when you add them to all the alliums of the dish. Then we have the beautiful smoky flavour of the Ancho chilli which gives just the right balance.
