For all fish lovers , we present a delicious healthy complete fish meal. This simple to make tandoori Pomfret with creamy Mayo will be a treat to your taste buds. Full Pomfret is marinated in tandoori marinade containing chilli, cumin , coriander , kasuri methi above all our secret ingredient Mayonnaise which makes the fish soft delicious. Cinnamon Stick - 1 Stick • 4. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp • 5. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp • 6. Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tbsp • • First Marinade: • 1. Salt - 1 tsp • 2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp • 3. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp • 4. Roast Spice Mix - 1 tbsp • 5. Lemon Juice (Half Lemon) • 6. Water - 1 tsp • Second Marinade: • 1. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp • 2. Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp (In video its wrongly shown as Red Chilli Powder instead of Tandoori Masala) • 3. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp • 4. Roasted Spice Mix - 1 tbsp • 5. Mayonnaise - 1 1/2 tbsp • 6. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp • 7. Lemon Juice - Half Lemon • 8. Rice Flour - 1 tbsp • Tandoori Fish and sides: • 1. Pomfret Fish - 2 • 2. Baby Potatoes - 8 - 10 • 3. Mushrooms - 8 - 10 • 4. Salt Pepper (As per taste) • 5. Oil - 1-2 tsp • 6. Onions - 1 (Round sliced) • Mayo Dip: • 1. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp • 2. Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp • 3. Dry Basil - 1 tsp • 4. Olive Oil - 1/2 tsp • 5. Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp • • Method: • Roasted Spice Mix: • 1. Add all ingredients in a pan • 2. Roast for 2 -3 mins • 3. Grind into a fine powder • First Marinade: • 1.Add all ingredients • 2. Mix well and marinade is ready • 3. Apply on the fish incuding into the tandoori cuts • 4. marinate fish for an hour • Second Marinade: • 1. Mix all ingredients together • 2. Apply generously on the fish • 3. Marinate for an hour or two • Mayo Dip: • 1. Mix all ingredients together • 2. Dip is ready. • Tandoori Fish and sides: • 1. Add Potatoes and Mushrooms on a baking tray • 2. Sprinkle some salt pepper • 3. Add oil on top and mix well • 4. Place onion rings on the tray • 5. Place the marinated fish on the onion ring bed • 6.
