Hey guys! What's for dinner tonight? Chicken Lazone! This dish is so easy to put together and it is easily becoming a staple in our house! This meal takes maybe 30 minutes max! It is perfect for when your dinner plans fall through. We love to serve this meal with steamed broccoli! Its so yummy! Link is down below. • Here is the recipe that I use: • Ingredients: • -1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast • -1 Tbsp. Olive Oil • -4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter • -1 lb. Linguini (or pasta of choice) • -2 loves of Garlic, chopped • -2 C. Half Half • -Salt and Pepper to taste • -2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped • Seasoning Mix: • -2 tsp. Paprika • -1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder • -1/2 tsp. Onion Powder • -1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper • -1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano • -1/2 tsp. Dried Basil • -Salt and Pepper to taste • Directions: • 1) Mix the seasoning items together in a bowl. • 2) Take a gallon Ziplock bag and add the chicken, olive oil, and spice mixture. Shake to coat the chicken evenly. • 3) Melt 2 Tbsp. of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken 4-5 minutes per side until cook through. Set of to the side and keep warm. • 4) In a large pot bring water to a boil and cook pasta as directed on the side of the box. • 5) Melt remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter in the same skillet used to cook the chicken and add the garlic. Stir frequently and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. • 6) Gently whisk in Half Half until slightly thickened, 4-5 minutes.
