The secret to creating the perfect creaminess and froth is to shake, shake, shake—and then shake some more. • How to make a Gin Fizz: • 2 oz Gin • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice • ¾ oz Simple syrup • 1 Egg white (about ½ oz) • Club soda, to top • Glass: Fizz or Collins • Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds. • Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake very well. • Double-strain into a chilled fizz glass and top with club soda. • Up your drinking game!
