Uganda New Refugee Camp and Arrivals from DRC

Recent fighting in eastern Congo has seen thousands of civilians flee to a new camp, Bubukwanga, in neighbouring Uganda. Food and water is scarce for the new arrivals, many of whom slept rough on the way.
