Misophonia Sufferers Beware of These Nightmare Corn Chips

my misophonia flared up like a rash while making these corn chips. • Actually, it was more in the eating; they were INSANELY crunchy and the recipe is so easy, it's silly! Now, I don't actually claim that these are authentic. Simple, yes. Authentic? Probably not. I just was in a bind and used what I had in the cupboard. But, here are the measurements: • 150g Plain White Flour • 100g Masa Harina • 5g Salt • 50ml of warm water (or enough to bring it altogether into a dough) • Knead the ever loving hell out of the dough on a floured surface until pliable. Rest for half an hour, then cut into pieces, and roll until about 1-2mm thick. Cut into corn chip shapes and deep fry in canola oil at about 200 celsius until golden.
