You can also summon lightning on a player, as long as you know the coordinates to spawn lighting on players. You need to enter that player's coordinates. There's no native vanilla way to spawn lighting on a player directly, but you can use plugins and datapacks to fill that gap. All it would do is check the coordinates of the player you asked for, and spawn lighting on a player coordinates. Hopefully, after watching this you know how to spawn lighting in both Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock (Windows 10 edition, Nintendo Switch edition, etc) - because it is the same command for both. • I am also known as leiger.
