Add butter, eggs and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix well with a fork. • 2.In another bowl add flour, baking soda and some salt. Add cinnamon, clove and egg mixture. Add apples and mix well. • 3.Place the mixture in a baking pan. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour. • 4.Place one portion in a serving plate. Serve with some powdered sugar.
