It runs great, but the acceleration is very sensitive and jumpier at slower speeds. What do you suggest? • 05:52 - 𝗤:02 - Cart speed controller issue - I reset the OBC today, still not charging the batteries. When disconnecting, I have the exact same voltage reading. No audible sound when the charger is plugged into the charging receptacle. It tries to start the charging cycle 3 times then the light blinks yellow and no change occurs. The charger was replaced a year plus ago and now I'm thinking it's the OBC. Thoughts? • 06:27 - 𝗤:03 - Cart speed sensor issues - What is the best way to test your battery voltage: when the cart is running? If I test them standing still, would that be the same output when there running? • 07:37 - 𝗤:04 - Cart hesitate when the throttle is pushed issues - My club car Battery Warning Light comes on intermittently. It cycles from 10 seconds off to 24 seconds on and back again. It continues this way. Additionally, the car just doesn't have the go that it used to. It runs OK after a charge, but the next day it will hardly move. Any ideas? • 08:50 - 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • 09:45 - 𝗤:05 - How to tighten the cart starter/cranking belt - What would cause the cart to pull to the right when brakes are applied? The brakes are fine and working properly. • 11:14 - 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • 12:57 - 𝗤:06 - Cart lock issue - I have a 1994 cub car with a resistor. Anything I can do to make it go • uphill without losing power? • 14:00 - 𝗤:07 - Cart charging issue - My 48-volt Precedent is getting hot and smoking at the resistor located on the solenoid. I replaced the solenoid and resistor and it still burns the resistor. I checked the motor with 12 volts and the motor works fine. I do not hear a click when turning on the key. My voltage is 49.5. What’s your opinion: MCOR-controller? • 19:02 - 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • 19:43 - 𝗤:08 - Cart charging issue - I have a 1992 EZGO golf cart. When we go uphill it slows way down. We have checked the batteries and they are fine. Less than a year old. What do we do next, what could be the problem? • 21:39 - 𝗤:09 - Cart sped issue - 97 club car ds 36v was running fine then went dead. Had a little power, had been working on it for 6 months, and still the same problem. New v glide, forward reverse switch, solenoid, and batteries all load tested good. The resistor springs are all good, checked all the connections. On the jack stands, the motor seems fine until I put it on the ground it barely moves. Help. • 36:35 - 𝗤:10 - Cart dried issue - I have a 1995 G14 electric golf cart. How can I get more speed from this model? I'm installing a 3 lift with 20 tires. What's the maximum someone should expect to see on this model? • 38:57 - 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 • 39:53 - 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗼 • GCG Facebook: / golfcartgarage • GCG Instagram: / thegolfcartgarage • Thanks for stopping by the garage!
