In this video I will be showing how to make pickle or achar with Bilimbi, locally known as Irumban Puli or chemmeen puli. Bilimbi is a tart fruit which is available everywhere and you can get it even for free. This tangy fruit grows in abundance and normally added in fish / prawns curry instead of coccum or tamarind to give the tartness.
