Learn how to process tapped, dipped and swiped card payments with Zeller Terminal. • Get started free at https://myzeller.com/signup. • To access support, visit https://www.myzeller.com/support. • Transcript • Here’s how to accept payments with your Zeller Terminal. • Key in the amount to be charged on the keypad, and then press charge • Your customer can choose to add a tip, right on the device. • They can view the amount on the Terminal screen to confirm, and then pay. • Zeller Terminal accepts tapped, dipped and swiped card payments. • To accept a tapped card payment, your customer will hover their phone, card, or contactless-enabled device over the NFC icon at the rear of the Zeller Terminal. • To accept a dipped card payment, your customer inserts their card at the bottom of the Zeller Terminal. • To accept a magnetic-stripe card payment, your customer swipes their card with the stripe facing inwards on the side of the Zeller Terminal. • For selected transactions, your customer may be prompted to enter their PIN, or a receipt may be printed for them to sign and authorise the transaction. • The transaction is processed, and your customer can then select whether they’d like a printed, email or SMS receipt. • The payment is done, and the funds are on their way to your account fast. • • Need help?
