Order 66 was a beautifully crafted plan, with many assuming that it had been put in place by Darth Bane at the beginning of the Rule of 2 Sith. However, this was not the case. Palpatine's master, Darth Plagueis, had initially planned on unleashing an army of force-resistant Yinchorri clones equipped with lightssaber resitant swords, although their unruly nature foiled his plan. Another unnamed Sith tried to create a virus that would have stripped the force sensitivity of the Jedi, although this failed too. Plagueis’ master Darth Tenebrous was a bit like Syndrome from The Incredibles.
