Swelter is a mod made for Half Life 2 released on Steam: https://steampowered.com/app/1815330/ • The mod takes place a few years before Gordon's arrival, and is set entirely in Central Asia. It's incredibly deserty, so expect a lot of sand, and very little drinking water to go around. • I don't feel that these don't go very well explained in the mod itself, with it only being relieved that this is in a pre-Gordon's return world, and we're never out-right told where in the world we are. • Also, this is pretty much my first time actually editing a video past pasting together 2 different game sessions(that's pretty much half of what this is, but there's a bit more sprinkled in). As well as that, I decided to make the thumbnail entirely within GIMP. • I was initially editing this in clip-champ, but then it started having major issues and so I switched over to OpenShot and finished the video there.
