If you are thinking about getting a Water Rower, I highly recommend it. Not only is it amazing for cardio, but there are also so many other challenging exercises that you can do with it. It doesn't take up much space and it's an amazing addition to your home gym. I've had my Water Rower in both a small townhouse and now a larger home, so it can fit in most places quite easily.
