Houston Mayor Annise Parker kicks off the Reelabilities Film Festival Houston 2014. Watch and learn about this innovative Houston film festival dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different mental and physical disabilities. The festival takes place from February 9 to the 13th in various locations around Houston and the Houston area.
