This easy Chick’n recipe is packed with flavor and perfect for all your favorite vegan dishes. • Watch it here: • • Easy Plant Based Chick’n Recipe - Me... • Ingredients: • • 2 cups cooked quinoa • • 4 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas, broccoli) • • 5 cloves garlic, minced • • 2 tbsp ginger, minced • • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free option) • • 2 tbsp sesame oil • • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • • Salt and pepper to taste • • Green onions, sliced (for garnish) • • Sesame seeds (for garnish) • Instructions: • 1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. • 2. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute). • 3. Add mixed veggies and stir-fry until tender, about 5-7 minutes. • 4. Add quinoa and plant-based Chick’n, mixing well with veggies. • 5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to combine, and cook for 2-3 minutes. • 6.
