This light and refreshing dish is great as breakfast, lunch, or as a side to a dinner. The kiselo mleko (sour milk), or yoghurt, adds a refreshing tone to the seasoned and lightly fried courgettes. • Serve with crusty bread, and tuck in! • MY FACEBOOK PAGE: / eurocookingcanuk • YOU NEED: • Courgettes or Zucchini, cut into 1/4 rounds • For the Courgettes - Salt, pepper, garlic granules, chili flakes or paprika • Vegetable Oil for frying • Kiselo Mleko or Thick Yoghurt (you can add a bit of sour cream to make your yoghurt thicker) • For the Yoghurt - salt, finely chopped dill (optional), and also optional is garlic paste. • Amounts are to your taste, and how much you are making
