Let the melted chocolates cool down and put 1 glass of sugar in a separate bowl (if you do not like too much sugar, I suggest you reduce the amount), half a glass of brown sugar and 1 egg and whisk thoroughly. When it is well mixed, I add two more eggs, whisking each time. When my mixture has a creamy consistency, I add 1 pinch of salt and a pack of vanillin and mix it again. Meanwhile, we add our cooled chocolates to our mixture and continue to mix. Finally, I add 1 tea glass of flour and half a tea glass of cocoa by sieving it. After this step, I mix it with slow movements from outside to inside, using only a spatula. I bake the cake dough I have prepared in a small 22 cm tray using wax paper in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I slice it with a knife that I heated in hot water and serve it.
