Born into a family plagued by sickness and grief, John G Lake experienced the healing power of God, starting hundreds of churches, and healing 100,000's of people. He understood where the spirit of God is, sickness can't reside. • 1899-starts healing ministry after healing his wife, being moved by the verse Acts 10:38 • 1904-Moves to Chicago, goes into real estate. Baptized in the Spirit, begins earnestly seeking God for a miraculous sign. Heals woman, then loses passion for business. • 1908-Goes to South Africa to begin ministry there. Revival breaks out, 100,000 saved, 600 churches started. • 1912-Returns to North America, remarries, and settles in Spokane. Sets up Healing Rooms. • 1915-1920-100,000 documented healings in Spokane, Washington • 1999-Cal Pierce takes up the torch to continue Healing Rooms. • Looking for more programs?
