Your 5 p.m. Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Nov. 16, 2022: Our wintry week continues across Northeast Ohio with below average temperatures and frigid wind chills. The name of the game for the rest of the work week will be lake effect snow. Due to a strengthening west wind, snow showers are expected to hamper the snowbelt region Thursday with lingering showers into Friday.
