Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix Review • Very easy needs just 1 stick of butter and 1 egg • if you want to make it with butter It should be softened ,let the butter to soften at room temperature for 45 - 60 min before starting to mix . • Testes like homemade cookies, they have just the perfect amount of chocolate and are delicious especially with a cup of milk :) , Crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle , if you want them to be crispier just bake them 1 or 2 min more and if you want them softer reduce the baking time .
