In this video, Daniel Lloyd shows you how to change your stem without damaging any of your components or your fork. • All you'll need for the job are the correct size tool for your stem. If you've got a carbon steerer, stem, or handlebars we'd strongly recommend using a torque wrench as going over the recommended torque will damage the parts. This is a painful and expensive mistake to make.
