TR • Gülçin Aksoy, sanat alanında yüksek lisans eğitimini Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi'nde tamamladı. 1993 yılından bu yana Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Resim Bölümü öğretim kadrosunda bulunan Goblen Atölyesi'ni yönetmektedir. Sanatsal pratiğini eğitimci kimliğinden ayırmadan hem öğrenen hem de üreten bir tavır sergilemiştir. Birçok kişisel prodüksiyonun yanı sıra ‘Atılkunst’ gibi birçok kolektif projede yer aldı. İstanbul ve Münih'te kişisel sergiler açtı, yurt içi ve yurt dışında birçok sergide yer aldı. Halen sanatçı ve eğitimci olarak çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. • https://www.gate-27.com/tr/gulcin-aksoy • EN • Gülçin Aksoy completed her qualifications from postgraduate degrees in art at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. • She’s been managing the Tapestry Studio at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Fine Arts, on the teaching staff of the Painting Department since 1993. Without separating her artistic practice from her identity as an educator, she has taken a stance to both learn and produce. In addition to several personal productions, she has been a part of many collective projects such as the ‘Atılkunst’ collective. She did solo exhibitions in both Istanbul and Munich, she has taken place in many exhibitions both in and out of the country.
