Did some home porting on a friend of mines CB performance heads. These are going on a 1915 turbo motor, the port size is as large as you would want to go with the valve size in this head(40*35). We just cleaned up the chambers and un-shouldered the valves, as they were Honorable in stock form. The port was straightened with a good amount of material remover from around the guide boss near the top of the port. The lip under the valves were blended into the port and the short side radius on the exhaust was smoothed out as well. This is not a how to video and I am not a head porting professional.
