For mess-free marinating, place the poultry, meat, or fish in a large, zip-top plastic bag. Add the marinade, and seal the bag. Turn the bag a few times to completely coat the food. Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate according the recipe directions. You may want to turn the bag a few times during the marinating period. • After the food has marinated, remove it from the bag, and discard the bag.
